Byron-Springbank Legion

Ladies Auxiliary

WELCOME TO THE LADIES AUXILIARY

The Ladies Auxiliary of the Byron-Springbank Branch #533 supports the branch with many functions throughout the year. They donate annually to the branch and for special projects when requested. The branch’s auxiliary is a small but very busy auxiliary of 24 members. They cater banquets large and small, weddings, anniversary parties, Christmas parties and funerals just to name a few.

The Ladies participate in various sports that include euchre, cribbage and darts. They take part in activities at Parkwood Hospital and volunteer their time during the Poppy campaign in November for the branch and at the Western Fair every September. Many members of the Ladies Auxiliary are also members of the branch and also volunteer during the many activities in the banquet hall and in the clubroom.

The executive and members of the Byron-Springbank Branch appreciate the Ladies Auxiliary and recognize that much of the success of our Branch is due to their hard work.
