Hello everyone,

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Golf Tournament. We were treated to fantastic weather, great company, and plenty of fun on the course. Congratulations to all of our golfers, prize winners, and tournament champions, and thank you for helping make the day such a memorable success.

Here’s what’s coming up at the Legion this week:

Wednesday, June 10 — Summer Music & Barbecue at 4:30 PM
Thursday, June 11 — Fun Darts: Cricket Edition at 7 PM
Friday, June 12 — Friday Night Trivia at 7 PM
Saturday, June 13 — Meat Draws at 3 PM and Rock & Roll Bingo at 7 PM
Sunday, June 14 — Decoration Day at Woodland Cemetery Veteran Plots at 1 PM, followed by lunch at the Legion and Card Elimination at 2 PM

Don’t forget, Family Feud Night takes place on Saturday, June 20. We’re still looking for teams to participate, so gather your family, friends, or fellow members and register your team at the bar.

Looking ahead, we have plenty of exciting events planned for the summer, including a Canada Day BBQ on July 1 and a special Steak BBQ on July 17 as we celebrate The Royal Canadian Legion’s 100th Anniversary. Stay tuned for more details on these events and other upcoming activities.
