Good afternoon comrades,

Please see the weekly events schedule and posters below for upcoming events. We hope you can make it out to some of them.

Chair Pilates and Chair Yoga are back to their normal time slots this week and we are starting a brand-new Therapeutic Mat Yoga on Thursdays from 4-5 pm.  We are hoping this timeframe will be good for most of you as it is well after the Thursday bingo.  See the poster below for details.

Saturday, we held our first Casino night from 7-9 in the clubroom, and it was a great success. Thanks to all of our wonderful volunteers. Everyone had such a fantastic time that we are planning another event in March.  Check March’s calendar when it comes out.

February is proving to be a full month of activities with Euchre, meat draws, lots of live entertainment, horse racing, our Valentine’s dance and let’s not forget our new addition of Rock and Roll Bingo on Feb 21.  This event will be a ton of fun, so you won’t want to miss it.  See the poster below for details.  We have also added another Casino bus trip on Feb 25. $65 with $35 casino voucher included. Pay and sign up at the bar.

Superbowl is this Sunday with kick off at 6:30 and show your support for Team Canada by coming out to watch the Olympics on our 100 in big screen TV.  Go Canada Go.
